Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Hello all, so earlier this week my laptop charger started having some problems, the power cutting out and requiring me to take it out and put it back in, this happened again and when I went to fix it a surge of sparks punch a hole in the charger cable and sent smoke up into the air. No idea why this happened and a bit worried about what would have happened if I wasn’t there. Keen to hear about how to go about getting a replacement that won’t do the same thing.
