My 88 and 95 yo parents moved to a facility where they can’t use instant ink (don’t have their own router), They called and discontinued the service, they installed new ink cartridges, they did a hard re-start, they printed a test page and still every time they try to print from their computer they get a message about connecting to instant ink. I tried to help them remotely for two hours and I have great sympathy for over the phone tech people. HELP!
update, Instant Ink customer service told me they need to connect to the internet and transferred my to tech support to help my parents. Tech support said this printer doesn’t work on a public network (their assisted living facility) and for tech support to help would cost $99. Basically my parents printer has been disabled by Instant Ink.
