Product: HP Laptop 15-bs1xx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
My pc model is HP Laptop 15-bs1xx and recently it's been turning off immediately when it reaches 60% battery percentage. There's no warnings. It just switches off automatically. I ran a hardware test by the suggested app on the support center and it says everything's perfectly fine and there's no hardware problems. I troubleshooted and the virtual agent scanned the settings and said all is fine there too, so I don't know what's happening here!
Does anyone have any ideas??
