Product: HP Pavilion 15-CS3001NE
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I purchased an HP Pavilion 15-CS3001NE laptop on 14 June 2020, and when i check my HP warranty online @ https://support.hp.com/us-en/checkwarranty i got that my warranty started @ 08 March 2020 ! so i am not sure why my warranty started 3 months prior to my purchase? now my laptop serial number has its 4th, 5th and 6th digits as 010, which mean it was manufactured in 2020 week 10, so seems my warranty equals the manufacture date rather than the purchase date? can anyone advice on this please?
