Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi ,

My new HP 15 laptop which contains a 4GB RAM and i3 8th gen processor is running too slow. 

Even when the device is in an almost idle state (Windows Desktop without actually running any software) , about 60%-85% of RAM is being used up.

Launching  chrome /any other browser is taking 15-30 seconds of time and opening task manager itself will make the system hang.

Please suggest a solution.
