Product: HP EliteDisplay E243m
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Following error encountered while updating firmware for E243m monitor:

 

"Cannot find bin file"

 

I even tried turning off Windows Defender but no success.

 

These kind of problems are serious and can permanently damage the hardware. 

 

Windows 10 64 bit Enterprise.

Version: 2004
