Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a normal HP laptop and Netflix and other streaming platforms are laggy and they stutter, I really need help because I would love to use it to watch things as I would on my phone. I have spectrum wifi but it only lets me connect to the 2g and not the 5g so it's slow
