Hello,

 

My scanner has been working perfectly until now. It now says it is offline and I get the error code 0x8007007e when I do a test. The scanner is connected to the same wifi network as my PC. I have tried turning it off and on again. I have also downloaded the app again, in case there was an update causing the problem. 

 

Can you help pls.
