I originally bought your new all in one printer late last year. Used it for about 3 months and then it just stopped working at all. Tech support sent me a repaired one, but it only had a 30-day warranty. Well, once again it has just stopped working correctly!! But I no longer have a warranty on the replacement printer. What is the problem with this printer/scanner that it only works correctly for about 2-3 months?? Are you having difficulty with this printer?? I have used HP products for over 30 years, why all of a sudden are your products not holding up for use more than 2-3 months??
I like this particular printer because it is small and is very easy to use for printing and scanning. I have been scanning all of my records to keep on jump drives to save space and paper, plus I am on the ink program and get my ink sent directly to my home.
I have looked everywhere to find another printer/scanner that is compact like this one. I have not even found this one in any store!! Why is there a problem with this particular product and what are you doing to correct it??
