Product: HP Office Jet 4650
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Printer shows message:  "Cannot print.  Visit hpinstantink.com for information".  I visited the website and tried to re-register so I could sign in.  I don't know if that went through, or not.  I was not given the option to sign in or speak to a customer service agent after that.
