Hello,

Please assist me with below two issues :


1)I am unable to see the option of wifi where we switch on or switch off the wifi. The option disappeared completely probably after an update. i tried various method to debug and followed some instructions from HP community as well. nothing seems to work. My laptop has a button which has aeroplane sign on it which is not working anymoreon pressing it. somehow i can see an icon of airplane which i can click and switch on and off. but dont see an option of wifi at all. However the laptop is working fine with LAN cable.

2) The file explorer gets crashed/hanged very frequently. when I try to open or close the file sometimes then it keeps displaying the message "Microsoft windows: the application is not responding...."
