Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I just bought this laptop yesterday. To may dismay, f5 key is not working. I searched online what could be the issue is and tried fn+f5, but nothing happens. I can't get a hold of any agents (or I don't know how to) and I wouldn't risk my health going outside to repair this. Please help!!
