Hi there
The two-finger scroll function has stopped working on the clickpad of my Pavilion 14 laptop. Other than this, the clickpad is working fine (pointer movement and single/double click both working).
I followed the link from the Virtual Assistant (https://support.hp.com/gb-en/document/c04648748) and tried checking the settings for two-finger scroll in the Touchpad/mouse settings - however, the tab 'Clickpad Settings' is just not there. I have also tried updating the driver (19.5.35.54), rolling back to an older driver (still no luck) and I have also tried uninstalling the clickpad and reinstalling, which also did not help. The Synaptics control panel seems to no longer be available and does not show up in my taskbar.
This seems such a small thing but it is really impacting on my ability to easily use my device - can you please advise on how to fix?
Thanks in advance
