Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have had an hp spectre x360 for some time, and time to time there has been a squeak with the hinge.  The issue became a norm for the past few months and it is really hard to deal with especially due to the current pandemic, I have to carry out a lot of home based learning and the hinge would constantly be creating an issue. I have taken care of my laptop constantly and not allowed so much as a scratch anywhere on it. When I purchased the laptop I was told that the hinge would not cause any such issue, however that does not seem to be the case.  I do not know the cause or how to fix it and do not wish to purchase a whole new screen just to fix an issue with a hinge. I hope HP is able to assist me.
