Product: Pavilion 15-cs3xxx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Dear Sirs,
I recently purchased a laptop HP Pavilion 15-cs3xxx.
But after few days of purchase the screen flashes after we start the computer upon shut down.
But after we restart it it doesnt flash it works fine.
So each time i switch it on i have to restart it once again.
And to verify if it is software issue i connected to an external display but upon connection i was surprised to know thatthe external display doesnt flash while the notebook display keeps on flashing.
Please help me with this problem
