Product: HP Laptop Model 14

Hello. 

 

I had this one problem happening since yesterday. I opened my laptop like usual. After a few minutes, my laptop suddenly Locking itself and shut down immediately after that. It's not in a sleep mode. The laptop really shut off.

 

By the way, the battery is broken. I will replace it with a new one. I'm telling this because I don't know if that problem have some kind of connection with this battery problem 😅. 

 

If there's no connection between both of it, what should i do to fix the 'locking then shut down' problem?
