Operating System: macOS 10.13 High Sierra
The paper tray came all the way when moving this to another room. It's not damaged in any way. .. it slid out very easily but not matter what we try, impossible to go back in. In this community chat, there was one response a few years ago that said to put it flat and slide it in.. YOU CAN"T.. there are 2 prongs on the inside edge that have to be angled first.. then there the paper catcher that is in the way. the sides are so tight one side goes in the other has no room.. so frustrating to design it this way.. PLEASE HELP. there has to be another way
