Product: Hp spectre x360 13-aw0115na
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I have a spectre x360 13-aw0115na which is supposed to have a 120hz refresh rate screen but my screen is stuck on 60hz and there is no option to change it to 120hz in the monitor settings. The driver is 'generic pnp monitor' and this also seems unchangeable and neither can I find a specific driver for my screen anywhere on your websites. How can I switch my screen to 120hz. The main reason I purchased this laptop is for the 120hz screen.
