Product: HP Officejet Pro 8710

I've followed instructions of buying new ink for the printer but the message continues to appear where it claims there's a printhead problem. I've looked into other forums but they were taken down or unable to assist with this persisting problem. The message is as follows, "printhead appears to be missing, not detected or incorrectly installed. Error code: 0xc19a0047."
