Product: HP Envy Photo 7830 All-in-One
Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

Hi,

I've recently got a 2019 27" iMac, I have a HP OfficeJet 3831 All-in-One Printer that connects to my iMac without any problem, however, I also have a HP Envy 7830 that cannot maintain a wireless connection to my iMac, but, it connects flawlessly by app to my iPad and iPhone, cannot understand how the 3831works fine with my iMac, but the 7830 doesn't, anyone have any ideas ? I'm thinking its maybe a software thing ??

any ideas will be much appreciated, thanks
