Hello,
I bought my laptop to prepare for a mobility abroad which ended up being cancelled due to COVID.
I would therfore like to sell it.
I'd like to know what I need to do to :
-Allow for the new user to create an HP account with this laptop's serial number so that they can benefit from the warranty and assistance.
-Reset the PC to "factory settings" so that the new user can use is as brand new (incl dissociating my windows account from this hardware).
