How can I connect a Hp stylus/pen which gets connected to the Hp spectre series(which i got free with the laptop) but not for my device.

I tried to download the hp pen control software from some link provided as a solution to the same problem but yet i am not able to connect the pen to my laptop. Also the pen is not getting detected in the bluetooth devices.

Please suggest some solution to connect the pen.
