I recently purchased HP Omen 15 ek0042TX with Nvidia RTX 2060 and USB Type-C Thunderbolt 3 supported. I'm connecting my secondary monitor using USB Type C port on the laptop with the help of USB Type - C to VGA adapter cable.

 

Initially, my secondary monitor got connected and worked perfectly. But, after trying again several times, my secondary monitor was not getting connected by Nvidia USB Type-C Port Controller.

 

I'm using DirectX version 12.0, Nvidia Driver Version 451.67 and Windows 10 Home version 2004 OS build 19041.450.

 

After checking the events under Device Manager for Nvidia USB Type-C Port Controller, it showed the device not started with Problem: 0x15 & Problem Status: 0xC00000BB.

And the Nvidia Control Center is detecting the secondary monitor as Laptop Display which is shown under PhysX settings.

Overall there is no display output on the secondary monitor.

 

Please help me to get display output on the secondary monitor.
