First time on one of these community boards - to get a verified email I had to use a back up email as my main email goes via gmail to get rid of spam - takes 20 plus minutes for the HP email to get though - just maybe the 15 minutes is OK in the States, but not here is Aussie!!
No changes to Laptop - turn on one day and get error message - BCD missing or damaged, tried the web - made a USB to boot from - no go. tried to repair - also no go - ran diagnostic - got a failure id
RK2PXA-93MA78-XD7W21-60RB03 checked at HP support - says needs to be repaired - go to find a repairer, Australia not listed.
anybody have an answer? or steps that I can do?
