Product: Pavilion gaming 15
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
  • I bought it 3 weeks ago and i didn't basically use it for heavy staff 

Yesterday i played a game on it but the pc had heating and performace problems: stuttering, lag, and serious heat problem ( the whole pc was burning and the keyboard surface was very hot too) even its surface was too hot ( i felt that the components were melting )

The battery drained too fast and when i plugged it to continue the game session (cuz i can't stop i didn't save !!!) the fan speed was insane and the pc was overheating ( i am usong it on my desk with good aeration ) 

Now the ac charger is making a light noise and the pc is charging very slow ( took me 10 hours to charge 10% of the battery )

Ps : i am placing the charger ac on the floor)

Plz any solution to solve this problem because  he is only 3 weeks old !!!
