Hello,

I have the afoermetioned printer, work fine until today and now it won’t let me scan to email and I’m getting the ‘internal processing’ error message or ‘scan failed’. Ive tried resetting the printer, getting the latest firmware and still to no avail.

 

Help is needed please,
