Product: HP Office Jet Pro 8710

We are having an issue with our HP Office Jet Pro 8710 model and it just keeps saying Remove and Re-Install Ink Cartridge properly and we have done that multiple times and have turned the printer off and back on and unplugged it and plugged it back in still nothing any tips?
