My HP laptop screen is not bright enough or too dim for what I'm used to and it bothers me. I tried everything like setting brightness to max and using third party software to adjust brightness to using screen calibration feature which just reduces contrast but does not increase brightness. Normally the solution would be to replace the LCD Inverter but my laptp screen is not LCD, it is LED. WLED to be precise. Everyone has told me that the only option for this type of screen would be to replace the screen with a brighter one which would be difficult.
So I'm wondering if there is any other solution to increase the brightness of my screen.
