Today I noticed that my laptop would not power on at all without being connected to the charger. In addition, as soon as I remove the charger, the laptop shuts off immediately. Both Windows 10 and the BIOS diagnostic tools report the battery being at 100%, even after letting it discharge for a while. BIOS settings aren't being erased so I know the battery is outputting some power. I also disassembled my laptop and everything looked and smelt fine (no burning smell). I'm not sure if this would require me replacing the battery, or if there's anything else I can do instead.
