Product: Envy 5052 all in one printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Instant ink is great at sending me the color cartridge, but I've been on this ink replacement program for two years now and have never once received a black cartridge.  What gives?   How do I get instant ink to send me both of the cartridges?
