Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I  have an HP Color Laser Jet Pro M252 series printer reading Ready2Download, fw is corrupt.

I have unplugged it, restarted it, uninstalled the printer, reinstalled the printer and downloaded the firmware directly to the printer and none of it is working.  My screen on the printer continues to give me the
