Product: officejet 3833
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

scanner will not scan.  scan doctor says "scan driver cannot communicate with the product" yet, printing job works fine.

This is the second time in 2 mths this happened.  Last time it took customer svc 2 hrs to fix this problem.  now again.
