Hi, I’ve had this HP Spectre x360 13 for over a year. As I try to turn on the laptop, it briefly turns on, but then suddenly shuts down before anything shows up on the screen. Also when trying to charge the laptop, it goes through very short cycles of charging, and not charging. I have tried resetting the laptop but it did not work, please could someone help me on this? Thanks
