Product: Deskjet 2632

Trying to sign up to instant ink. unable to automatically connect to web services and when try to do it manually get an error message.

When pressing info button  and cancel button together on the printer, nothing happens

At a loss as to how to proceed

Any help would be appreciated, thanks
