Buen día, alguien que me ayude por favor, tengo problemas con mi Plotter HPT2300, le compré cabezales nuevos pero solo funcionaron bien una semana, luego de eso empezaron a fallar y no me dejaba imprimir en calidad normal, solo en alta calidad que demora mucho, y ahora ya no deja imprimir nada, me pide cambiar cabezales, compré otro juego nuevos originales pero me sigue pidiendo cabezales.
Un colega me recomendó hacerle reseteo de fábrica pero me pide clave, pero no me deja tampoco, alguien sabe que podría ser o como resetearla?
