I have the HP Envy 5540 All in One printer connected to my laptops and computer and everything was working perfectly on all of them. Then the other day my internet wasn't working so I rebooted my modem and router. In doing so my printer was offline and I could not get back online so I reinstall the printer on one of my laptops. I now have the printer hooked up on my network but in trying to activate it says 'The Software is installed and your device is connected' and then a pop up appears that says 'Unable to Connect. Connection to the Internet was not found or has been lost - please check the connection then click retry'. My internet was connected and I did click 'retry' only to have the same message repeat again and again and again. I have 2 laptops and a computer and my other laptop and computer works just fine as I am able to print from them both and print in colour too (I did not reinstall the printer on either of them though) however on the laptop I reinstalled the printer on it now only prints in black and white - so I checked the preference tab/Paper Quality and there is no selection for colour there where it is on my other laptop and computer. I am using Windows 10 Professional 64 bit system
