Product: HP Spectre x360 – 15-df1740ng
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Hi guys,
i hope you can help me:
A week ago i bought my new HP Spectre. But since yesterday the change between tablet-mode and desktop-mode doesn't work anymore. Then i looked into the Device Manager and there wasn't any sensors at all so i think that i have no Sensor Drivers.
But if i download on the official page the driver, then it says that the driver is not working on this operating system.
Also i did a factory reset, but it didn't work.
Can you halp me please?
PS: I'm sorry for my bad English 🙂
