Just got this printer today from Wal-Mart.

Was not able to install your driver from your website. (your download file is an "update", so the printer doesn't show up at all in the options)

After hours of searching on internet, decided to try through your HP  app.

But first you must put ink in and at least 5 pages ( as later on,  as soon as wifi was verified it did print page with instruction to follow)

Required access to Wi-Fi, was able to connect somehow( provide password for the wifi), and there was page printing that said to push this and that together, and then more pages were printed ( throughout this there were green "v" for the steps that were completed on the app on my phone.

As soon as they wanted me to agree for a plan of ink supply( payment info), i skipped the rest of the process , without knowing if it was successful.

Before hand i did downloaded your drive from the web, and now it did show HP printer in the options, and the process was completed( but not what i would expect).

Was able to print pages, but everything through WiFi, it's still not showing as installed program in my "control panel".

Was trying to do the process again with USB and still didn't work.

How do you Install it without using Wi-Fi?
