Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I recently change the ink cartridges and after that this message came up! I havent been able to print since:(

Printer failure

there is a problem with the printer or print system. turn off the printer. then on. if you continue to get this message contact HP.

0x6100004a   my printer will not shut down. I unplugged everything and replugged  same message comes up. Help. I'm right in the middle of a big print due tomorrow.
