Product: Envy x360 TouchSmart
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)
I have an Envy x360 TouchSmart, Model 15-u010dx
Suddenly, there are certain keys on the keyboard that I cannot use the Shift key to capitalize, the cursor just stays in the same spot doing nothing. If I release the shift key, a lower case letter can be typed, just not an upper case letter. It is happening on at least a half dozen keys.
I did try to update the driver for the keyboard but received a message that I already had the most updated driver.
