Product: HP EliteDisplay 243m
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP EliteDisplay 243m Webcam is not working. Speakers are working fine, but the Webcam is not working at all. I have installed the driver and updated the BIOS. I have connected the USB-A-to-USB-B cable to USB-B port of E243m and it still doesn't work. Device manager recognizes the monitor and camera but it will turn on in the Windows Camera app, WebEx, or anything. It worked earlier today. There have been no Windows updates and no changes to the system.
