Common problems HP Solution Center not working : Adobe Flash Player Error and Unable to scan
We would like to share some of the most frequently asked questions about HP Solution Center not working : Adobe Flash Player Error and Unable to Scan.

Product: MicroSoft SurfacePro
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
When attempting to scan a multi-page document using the document feeder on my HP OfficeJet 5255, the
document feeder does not pull any pages into the scanner. Instead it scans the empty
glass bed and sends a blank one-page scan entitled "Handwritten". The document feeder
had worked initially but stopped after I attempted to scan a 33-page document (21-pages
did scan before the job self-cancelled). After this incident the printer seems to no longer
recognize the document feeder.
I'm using HP Smart in Windows 10 on a Surface Pro. It's got to be something simple but
I can't figure out whey the printer isn't recognizing the presence of a document in the feeder.
