Product: HP-15
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have an HP-15 something and it is touchscreen. I power it on but the f12 key flashes orange and the screen does not turn on. I can hear a very faint beeping noise every time the light flashes and it repeats. The fans do not boot up and neither does the hard drive.
