I recently purchased HP 2723 All-in one printer and Windows 7 (64 bit) operating system on a Vaio laptop. After initial set up it was printing and copying correctly. However after a week, everytime I try to print I get the message "The paper size in the printer does not match the paper size selected in the software. If the paper size loaded in the printer is the size you want to use, change the paper size settings in your software and resend the print job...". Also any photocopy I print it is coming in a quarter size in A4 paper.
I am using standard A4 size paper for printing. No hardware or software has been changed since the initial set up. I checked the settings in the print command and source tray. Also tried unplugging and replugging as suggested in HP troubleshooting options and also re-installed the software. But the problem persists. Can anyone suggest a possible solution to fix the problem.
