Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Hello!
I currently have the default 8GB RAM with which I bought this laptop 3 years ago. I know there is one free memory slot in my laptop but I got confused how much max RAM can this machine support with both slots running.
Internet tells me that I can have 16GB RAM in total while when I type in cmd
"wmic memphysical get MaxCapacity, MemoryDevices"
I get:
MaxCapacity MemoryDevices
33554432 2
So my question is, can I safely buy 2x 16GB RAM and install it in my laptop OR do I have to stick with a single 1x 8GB RAM upgrade?
