The printer has the latest software 48.4.4588 and firmware 002_2014A.

The latest version of Windows 10x64 is used with all updates.
To work with PDF files, the Adobe Acrobat Reader and Adobe Acrobat Reader Pro programs of the latest versions are used.

When you try to print, an error message 21.00.00 appears on the printer screen and a blank sheet comes out of the printer. Restarting the printer does not help.

Moreover, if you open a PDF document in Google Doc, then it is printed without problems. There is also no problem with printing documents in Microsoft Word 2019.
What can be done to be able to print in a native application for working with PDF files?
