Product: ENVY Desktop - 750-116
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
When I plug a monitor into the HDMI port, the monitor works fine, however the computer will not automatically go into sleep mode based on the power settings (20 minutes). If I manually sleep the computer from the start menu, it will go to sleep, however when i try to wake, it takes a long time and everything that was open is closed and shut down. I think it may be going into hibernate mode. If i use the monitor plugged into the VGA port it sleeps according to the power settings with no issues.
I have researching online and tried all of the suggestions. Drivers are update to date, etc.. I have reset default power settings.
Any help?
