Product: 15-bs150sa
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Hello everyone,
I have a question about upgrading my laptop ram. I have a HP 15-bs150sa which comes with 4gb by default. On the hp website and also on Crucial it say that it supports a maximum of 16gb. So i have ordered a single stick of Crucial 16gb. So my question is will it work as a single stick or do i need to buy 2x8gb?
I also came through another interesting thing, via hp virtual agent I ran Operating System Diagnostics and there it shows maximum capacity is 32gb. So which one is correct? 16gb or 32gb?
Thank you everyone in advance for helping.
