Product: HP officejet 3830
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP officejet 3830 will not print from my Dell laptop with Windows 10, connected via network.

The "User Intervention" status remains despite no problems and HP Smart software stating that the printer is "ready."

I have tried uninstall / reinstall of printer, software and drivers, updates, removing from ISP network and reinstall, and only thing that works for a single document is to turn off and on computer, then sometimes I get one document to print.  After the one document prints, then the user attention error comes back.

Scan to computer and copy functions work.
