Product: Hp Envy 5000 Series

I’ve been trying to subscribe to instant ink for months now and I keep getting the same response: “server error. Try again soon” I’ve reset the printer several times and even used different codes. I NEED HELP! ASAP! or I’m returning it and I don’t want to do all of that!
